Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Lead at Agridence based in Kuala Lumpur. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our palm oil operations in KL and as primary point of contact for our key client in Malaysia. This challenging role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing strategic guidance for project success.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management in highly dynamic environment.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with strong writing/presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in palm oil or related industry.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
