This role includes but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts of the Company's entities.
- Responsible for bookkeeping, AR, AP, GL, recharges and intercompany transactions.
- Responsible for preparing monthly payments.
- Responsible for preparation of month end closing processes, consolidation and timely and accurate monthly financial reports and audit schedules.
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly GST reporting.
- Assist in audits, tax, XBRL and statutory filings.
- Liaise with corproate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions and other corporate matters
- Involve in initiatives to improve accounting/inter-department workflows, internal controls and to enforce implemented processes.
- Business unit partnering - review of sales performance and presentation of monthly actual vs budget variance analysis.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy with at least 3 years of acocunting experience
- Excellent knowledge of SFRS
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Xero accounting system
- Audit and XBRL experience would be a plus
- Independent and resourceful to fit into a dynamic startup envrionment
- Strong team player
- Keen eye for details and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
